During my stay in a Deluxe King Room, I encountered several frustrating issues. The sound insulation between rooms was terrible, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the spa advertised was a disappointment. only the sauna worked correctly, while the Turkish hamam was out of order. I felt misled by the hotel’s amenities and frustrated by the lack of attention to detail in such a high-priced establishment.

I had a fantastic stay in a Beautiful King Room for 6 nights. The ambiance was modern and vibrant, and the breakfast experience was really good with a delicious spread and a lovely lady who made customized omelettes. The hotel’s proximity to ferry terminals.

I enjoyed the jacuzzi but the room could use some updates.

absolutly horrendous! they charged my credit card before i even got there for two rooms. and i was left in a soaking wet bathroom since the shower had no curtain, just what you want after a long flight. no upgrade or special treat at all, even after such inconveniences. shocking service, really.

The room I had showed some age, with squeaky floorboards and a cracked glass panel on the balcony. Additionally, they allowed smoking in rooms, making it uncomfortable for nonsmokers as the smoke tended to spread through the ventilation.

During my stay at Parkhouse Hotel & Spa, I was particularly impressed by the delightful breakfast, where the cheerful lady made personalized omelettes that were simply delicious. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort.

It was just a great match for a little getaway in Istanbul with a great value-to-price ratio. The bathtub was a lovely surprise that made the stay even better. Check out the nearby parks for a nice walk.

I had an exceptional stay for 1 night. the jacuzzi was a delightful surprise, and the coffee selection at the lobby bar was impressively good. However, the room was showing some age. I'd definitely return!
